Day 3

Today was a terrible day on the weight loss journey. I didn't go to the gym or DDR at all today. I did walk down town with Melinda and around the mall with her, but my food intake today totally didn't match up with the exercise.

2/2/2011

Food Eaten:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, 2 small orange rolls and a cup of coffee

Lunch: A Hotdog with cheese, chili, onions, French Fries with cheese and a lemonade. I did share the french fries with the hubby so I only ate a few of them which was good...but not having french fries at all would have been even better!

Snack: 2 scoops of Gellato

Snack: another small orange roll

Dinner: an appitizer which was spinich, toasted coconut, peanut, sweet and sour sauce. Pad Thai Woo Sen (Pad Thai noodles with chicken and shrimp, bean sprouts and peanuts.)

Man today sucked food wise! Tomorrow due to these terrible food choices there are no sugary drinks or any snacks allowed. Well except my coffee because I need to go to work at 6am for inventory I will just use less sugar then normal in it. Wish me luck!
