So, I just got back from a choir concert (it well pretty well, I think) where the following happened as I was leaving:

I was trying to move through a crowd of people to the door, when I see an old man looking at me and seemingly saying something to me. So I stop, and thank him for coming, and then he looks down... at what I would assume was my chest ( Read more... )

Ew. Ever wonder how many perverted old creeps are "undressing you with their eyes", (:P) eh? Probably more than you would ever want to know.

How are you doing, my dear?

One of my music professors (another old guy) said it pretty well in class the other day: "Men are pretty dominated by the urge to procreate... even when you get to my age. Don't you forget that, ladies! Of course, I personally have a wonderful wife... umm... Mozart..."
Old men are 50% adorable, and 50% questionable... though, I must say, I'm kind of excited to be old so that I can say whatever I want and get away with it. Because how could I have gotten upset at a cute old guy? I don't even know...

I am doing really well. Though, to be honest, I'm not even sure I know where you, or what you're doing... We really need to catch up.

You're totally right. But what was I going to do? It's not like I could get upset and yell at a cute old guy... I wasn't even 100% sure that he knew what was going on. Maybe he didn't even mean that and he was trying to say something else... It was just really awkward.
I, for one, am very excited to get old so that I can say super seductive things to attractive men and get away with it. I remember one time after a formal choir concert(where the girls wear dresses and the men wear tuxes) this old woman came up one of my guy friends in the choir and says, so that we could all hear it, "there is NOTHING sexier than a man in a tux." ... and then she just kinda scuttled away.
She was inspirational, I want to be that woman in like 65 years. Seriously.
