Hey, that IS me! You haven't seen me in a while. Age has ravaged my once fine features.

Actually its some bum from San Francisco who's been arrested 128 times for public intoxication. The last time they arrested him they had to burn his clothes and wrap him in a Bio-chemical Blanket.

And his name is...Sanchez (Must...refrain from..."Dirty Sanchez" jokes)
