This set of 11 (100x100) border brushes is made using PSP8. I have also made an image pack for PS and older versions of PSP.

  Now the border brushes are in 3 formats.

Hey I downloaded em. But how do you use them? (Sorry I'm a bit new with the borders) Like how do you open them into paint shop pro and all that? Lovely borders btw, will credit! <33

These work in PSP without any extra work because they're PSP brushes. For future references, if someone's offering Photoshop brushes and an image pack, you'll usually have to take the image pack and turn them into PSP brushes yourself using the method bwinter describes in the comments here.
