so i was in the shower today and got this real excruciating shot of pain through the right of my neck. i kind of just ignored it but when i tried to turn my head i still got the same pain. i even got real dizzy and almost passed out so i got out of the shower and told my mom what was going on. she took me to urgent care right after. he had me

the doc said it could have been a way that i turned my head real quick. i really dunno. i just know i'm still in pain and can hardly move my head. :( wahhhh
