So I cant sleep. I havent slept for about a month. Well I have slept but not good. I have had nightmares and wake up not being able to breathe. I dont go to bed until around 3 in the morning because I have this feeling I will die in my sleep. Its not a fun feeling at all. I am sick today. Its prolly because I havent been sleeping.
