Well, his name is Tezos and he is androgynous and handsome with a good fashion sense - essentially David Bowie. His androgyny and purple eyes come from his father, who is in the stratum of his race with ESP abilities, and he himself has empathy skills

It's a GURPS-based game in a sci-fi universe. Kind of Mass Effect/Star Wars/Firefly-influenced in different ways. One of our group wanted Star Wars/Firefly, one wanted Shadowrun, and I wanted techno dragons and space wizardry. We got a combination of these.

Well except for my techno dragons.
