My mother is one of the more clueless people when it comes to white privelege (despite marrying a POC) and the first thing she said this morning was "I bet if there were more rich white people and less poor black people in New Orleans food and medicine would be getting there faster." you are surely joking! 1.15 a gallon!!!!! in the uk we are paying 94p per litre so thats approx 1 dollar 60 per LITRE!!!!!
