APPEARANCE:
Prussia stands at around 5 feet 9 inches with short, pale hair and blood red eyes. More often than not, he's got this smug, shit-eating smirk on his face that makes you want to punch him. He stands tall and proud, even kind of arrogantly. He walks with a bit of a swagger to his step. Nowadays, he wears modern clothing with an affinity for long-sleeved, collared shirts and graphic t-shirts. His most notable accessory is an Iron Cross that he wears on a silver chain around his neck. He is also almost always seen with a little yellow bird near or somewhere on his person, usually on his head.
PERSONALITY & HOUSE REQUESTS:
Prussia could make a proud Gryffindor, who is known for putting value in courage, valor, loyalty, nerve and chivalry. Prussia, for all his loud, obnoxious, arrogant ways, is a former knight and battle-trained warrior. He’s a Nation forged by blood and war and he did not become the great Nation that he was by shrinking away from battle or being weak with his convictions and ideals. He has fought in numerous wars, leading armies and fighting in the front lines with hardly any visible show of hesitation or fear (unless Hungary or Russia are involved, though he doesn’t exactly run from them at once either). One could even say that he lives for war; nothing else makes him feel more alive than being in the battlefield, conquering and defending territory for his boss, the Prussian king. He has also served his bosses faithfully, particularly his favorite, Fredrick II or Old Fritz, and has done his best to carry out their campaigns in the best ways possible for the betterment of the nation. He also prides himself in being Prussia and Prussian and for everything that stands for.
At the same time, Prussia could also make a stellar Slytherin, who is known to value ambition, cunning, leadership and resourcefulness. Prussia has always known that he is AWESOME and destined for great things. And for that he has fought long and hard to become the great Nation that he was. As mentioned in the first part, he is a warrior and he has led Prussian armies through numerous wars. His efforts, as well as those of his bosses and armies combined, has resulted into Prussia becoming one of the most powerful Nations in Europe at the height of his power. Such a status could not have been achieved by brute strength alone. While he prefers to use brawn and weapons most of the time, he is also capable of strategy and organization born from the systematic and militaristic virtues that his nation used to uphold.
I don't really have a preference between the two on where Prussia is placed. I think both houses would be interesting for Prussia in ways of plot and character development.

ORIENTATION: There's actually no clear evidence in canon as to what Prussia's orientation is. As far as anyone's concerned, he seems to be "cute-sexual". He likes cute things, especially Italy, whom he has asked out on a date in Track 5 of his Ore-sama no CD. Italy is male, yes, but that doesn't seem to matter to Prussia, nor does Prussia really show any interest in other men for him to categorize as gay...
