so, on my way out today I slip on the ice that has covered one of the landings of the stairs outside my apartment. I have a nice scrape and a very soar arm. I was inches from cracking my skull. Can I sue my building? or at least make them do something about all the fucking ice coating my stairs and making them a death trap!!!
