So I have been wanting this tattoo forever (well ever since i drew it on with a sharpie during biology">, so I'm waiting until my mom says yes. That means I'll probably be waiting until I am 18 to get it.
i was thinking, either get it there, on the side of my neck, or on that surface between the thumb and pointer finger(the side).
