So, I ended up going on Sunday and it was still quite crowded. To go to San Diego or not?

There's people I'd like to see, but no panels I really want to sit in. No where to stay, and a longish drive.

Hmm.

Expect me when you see me, I guess.

Sitting in a swell place. Having spent good time with good people. Once again reaffirms my decision to leave LA is good.

Now if I could just get the pesky reality of moving to fall in line.

Also, two and half hours of job search can demoralize a person to the point where it seems no one has marketable skills.

So today, I recieved my invtiation to the commencement ceremony in July for my MA.

On the front page, in bold letters: PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM BY 27 MAY, 2005.

I recieve my degree in August as it will be confered upon me IN ABSENTIA in July.

Off to San Francisco for a few days.
