brilliant idea, actually. I imagine something like that would work excellently in UP. Imagine, each college having a set of bikes which you can rent for 10-20 pesos, and they just scan your id the same way they do in the lib. you can then return it to any of the other colleges' bike rentals after you're done with it.
would make for a great alternative to the IKOT/TOKI for people in a hurry, while at the same time not completely eating away their business.
