Erm, I don't think it works that way. The only way shit would get on your clothes is if there's some upward force that suctions the water from the bowl upward into the tank/washer. Why would they install a suction device at all? The water goes down by sheer force of gravity.

unless it stores the water u used for washing, i doesnt make sense if you dont do laundry daily...

You're right, it probably does store the water you've used for washing. It won't take much design savvy to include that. Besides, it'll also probably come with regular plumbing. The water from the washing machine is just an available alternative source of flushing water. That's true a lot of environmentally friendly home modifications. You don't always completely change what's there. You just add a few things that'll help you cut down on your environmental footprint.

Translation: it will be installed with a regular tank with regular flush, pero kung may used washing water, yun yung gagamitin.

FYI, using too much detergent will harm your septic tank, "digestion" will slow down kaya nagbabara sometimes. this is the reason why its really advisable to have a laundry area in residences because the water goes directly to the sewer line, bypassing the septic tank.
