I didn't like Boleyn. I thought it was "Popularized" to cater to the movie-going audience. (Turns out, I was right, as my sister told me that it was very different from the book). Catherine's character could've been so much more. The movie turned out to be mainly about sex and power, which I think, shouldn't have been the case, in the first place.

Anyway, at least that movie was a bit decent. No Country For Old Men (won Best Picture at this year's Oscars) was crappy as hell.

The movie was mainly about desire and power. If not that, then what should it have been about?

I can't really compare it to the book, but if it was modified to pander to the movie-going audience, it wasn't done so distastefully. But then again that's just my taste. De gustibus non est disputandum.
