She hated to admit, but she- did miss Indy over the month or more. Benny was stubborn enough to invite him over to their campfire in a roundabout way, which probably earned that smirk of his. Thinking of it made her shake her head with a small sound, she picking up her staff and standing fully. Her group thankfully seemed to get the hint to back ( Read more... )

Indy had been pointedly looking out the window; so he'd spotted the woman's arrival and couldn't help a small laugh when she appeared in office.

"I've been attempting to grade them all morning and so far all I've gotten is a stiff neck from keeping an eye on those kids."

he gestured outside before stretching out in his chair. He was actually grateful for the distraction the green woman was providing. Between keeping his job on schedule and helping out Marion with her own endevours. it had been a while that he'd gone out.

"Lets leave them to their own devices then, I doubt you're the only one watching them get drunk on campus." She stated wryly, watching him stand up and stretch fully.

"Besides you have more things to be worried about, getting buzzed and Richard for one. You might end up meeting him face to face tonight depending if he's back at camp or not." She added as they left room, they only pausing so Indy could lock up the room before he vanished off with the priestess for some drinking.

He jingled the keys a bit before putting them away securely in his pocket. Shaking his head he walked evenly with her, "Your 'wizard' friend is going to be there too?"

Sure he'd talked to him on the com, but this was going to be a little bit different. Face to face could change a lot about a person's opinion.

"So- just so you know, I've never done this sort of thing before. Ah- I normally just travel my own world. Not the world of someone else."

"Most of them are going to be there minus my father." Explained the green woman, they walking out of the building before finding a more private place to make a portal.

His nervousness made her chuckle a little, "You won't stand out too much. Like I told you before it'll be night and pretty calm. You'll be safe." She said attempting to reassure him as she opened a portal, gesturing for him to walk through first. She needed to stay in order to maintain the portal.
