Why do wallpapers always have people staring at you like you're their next meal? I sit at this computer all day long and I like to have pretty people on the desktop, but not if I'm going to be faced with a predatory gaze every time I minimize a window. Seriously. And I guess I'm the only one that feels this way, because good luck trying to find

...In my case, it's probably some sorta secret never-discussed submission fetish involved in wallpaper choosing. Then again, I quite often just grab great landscapes from things coming up in LJ Random.

I've started going with screencaps or photos of art that I like, but now and then I foolishly look - today the one that prompted this little rant was a gorgeous shot of James Marsters in a silver suit (I like silver a lot) but he was STARING AT THE CAMERA like IMMA EAT U NAO OM NOM NOM NOM and I couldn't handle it.

The bad thing was that I saved the picture anyway.
