Okay, the best we can come up with is that Super-Lana will find some reason to ditch Clark by going to the future of the Legion kids. This way Lana can start living somma that "Oh, you're a big deal all on your own"!Lana.
I wouldn't mind it leading to deus ex machina!Lana, because I think they want to keep that Triangle (with Clark and Lois) in their hip-pocket, to drag out when they are taking a break from thinking har.
But, what I was looking at was indication of how Alison Mack is as a Director, and I think she stinks. I am glad that Clark wasn't the typical wooden doll they get away with putting on film (since, we know that when properly directed, TW has great acting) - but dude he was comically corny with his over-wrought facial expressions - it's like she doesn't know how to do 'subtle'. All those years of acting with fretted brow have put her in a groove I guess she doesn't know she's in - I mean, just sayin imo
And I am really sorry that Rosenbaum has moved on. The guy they picked doesn't even have his eye - which is magnificently unique and would be the identifier you'd think the Casting Director would realize duh /grumble Personally, I think Rosenbaum's whole 'making web-films'-bit, trying to recapture the ground-breaking shtik by Woody Allen All You Ever Wanted to Know About Sex, or whatever the title was, was horribly sophomoric and not in a funny way. I see an actor who is being a big fish in a little pond, for what reason, gawd knows. Licking his wounds? I'm sure he had been salivating all the 7 yrs of his Contract, waiting for the 8th season and finally cashing in, and the timing is unlucky because the budget has been slashed and I guess he was insulted or something, by what they could offer him? I have no idea - I'm just trying to figure what might make sense for his cold-shoulder to the show.
