Hammer. Bless your heart. Parks and I were just talking about this album last night. We were talking about heaps of great shoegazeness that came out years and months before that bloody overrated band's 1991(!) cd that I didn't own on purpose until perhaps 3-4 years ago.

Yeah, pre-'91 shoegaze/dream-pop is a monster! A.R. Kane, the occasional Breathless song (most notably "Here by Chance"), The Chameleons... Lovely!

have you heard "How You Satisfy Me" by Spectrum?

Yeah, it's really hard to go wrong with any Breathless album (although I still don't have Behind the Light, but I plan to rectify that soon).
I've never heard anything from Spectrum, but I'll give it a look!
