feeling better today

after an absolutely black weekend (I wrote a very long post on saturday and immediately deleted it, as soon as i put it out there I had to suck it back, but the short of it is that my immediate family has been completely betrayed by the rest of our surviving family over money, and it's the most disgusting feeling

as you know the bunka outfit arrived before any of the drama, so the experience of receiving it and dressing up dash was definitely just plain joy and guilty pleasure in putting her in a frilly dolly outfit.

but the picture-taking ritual definitely brightened my weekend! sorry i wasn't able to return your emails, i'll have some notes and thoughts for you later today!
