An animal show can be interesting, but it doesn't seem right to keep all those animals locked up like that... let alone people! As usual with the curses, some things just weren't right about it.

It's rather like ice skating, but with a line of wheels instead of a blade, so you can roll along the ground instead of sliding along ice. Isn't that marvelous?

At the risk of sounding terribly ignorant, I must confess that name doesn't tell me much. And, ah... I've never tried!

Oh! No, I'm sorry, I wasn't thinking. He's a playwright, and a rather famous one. I read a number of his works when I was growing up in Daventry, and now we're putting on one of them as a show! It should be a lot of fun. Would you like to try? I'm sure we have a part you could play, and most of us have never acted, either.

I think Neil said only the small parts are left, and some of them don't speak at all, if that helps...? It's a comedy about four lovers who find themselves in a rather complicated tangle of romantic affections, and after some interference by the fairies in the woods, there's a whole mess of trouble. I could let you borrow my copy of the play sometime, if you'd like to read it?

You could always try out my pair first, if you wanted.
