Um. Really, I'm not sure! We have magic back in Daventry, and I know anyone there can do it, if they have the proper tools for it and things. But that's Daventry, and things are a little different here. Mr. Harry Dresden once tried to teach me magic, but couldn't because I didn't...have the right sort, exactly.
