Oh a PROPER secret society! I'm almost envious. Well if you ask me, it sounds like the Saints might have a few Snakes in them.

They are well and truly banned. One is suspected of being an undeclared dragon. He wittles away the hours chasing after a perfect universal code of ethics for Kin Dread and somehow thinks his nihilism won't get in the way. There are no snakes among the saints. I know, because I know how snakes think, being the sort of guy who could have been one, and was courted by them heavily before they were banned. If there were a snake in the church, it would be me. The consensus seems to be that the church is glad I'm on their side. I have to admit I'm curious. As it is written, we must not be afraid to educate ourselves about the forbidden arts, the better to know those infernal paths and to tell them apart from the path we walk. We have begun to expand our library, and I have asked for permission to study heretical texts. Fun.
