I mean, at least Kenshin made it out alright, which is great, but my things - my books, my clothes...

And the kitchens! The food! It's a waste that all that good food is all underwater and now inedible! What'll we do!?

Clothes, at least, should be salvageable. I don't know about your books, though...

Not if they're going to be soaking in there with water for a long while! But if it's only for a short time, then I think it would be okay if it gets washed by the house elves.

The books... guess I'll have to ask my parents to buy them and owl them in as soon as possible.

How about you, Sara? How're you holding up?

Even if it's for a while, what's the worst that could happen? I don't think they can get any more soaked just by being underwater longer.

Guess you're right about that. We'll just have to see how badly things got down there. Or even seeing if our things are even in the right place. I mean, wood floats, and the water can rush around and move things like our trunks. We'll sort that out later, though.
