I think at times you have to be able to share with someone. be it code names, leaving out vital details, or whatever - don't hold it in just to please someone else. That only serves someone else's purpose and not yours. Make sure you are taking care of yourself in the midst of tending to others' needs - take that advice from a professional caretaker.
