When Jeff had went to bed the previous night, nothing had been strange or different. The same could not be said when he woke up.
Opening his eyes, he realized first that everything seemed ginormous. The second thing he noticed was that he was lying in the middle of his pillow and nowhere near his sheets and blankets. The third thing he realized was that he could not feel his arms.
Panic crept into his mind and he tried to sit up. When that proved difficult, his mind went into overdrive. Finally he managed to sit up and looked down at himself.
Or at least the very little he could see. He was orange. His feet were tiny. He felt oddly plump.
Okay. No need to panic. This sort of crazy thing happened all the time. Surely this would only last a week. It wasn't anything serious. Just get dressed and ready for class like nothing was out of the ordinary.
When he glanced over the side of his head, he paled. That was... an awfully far and painful looking drop. Okay, so maybe going to classes was out of the question.
The next question that buzzed through his head was whether the rest of the school had been affected as well. Looking over at his desk, he paused. That was also rather far. Maybe if he jumped...
With a running start, he bounced off the bed and landed roughly on his desk. Ow. Not trying that again.
Thankfully he kept his laptop open and managed to turn on the power button with his foot. Alright, time to type up an entry and check the school journal-- ... Oh right. The no arms or hands thing. That was fine. Jeff was fine with this. He could just use his feet. It would be slow and extremely tedious, but he refused to show his peers that he was bothered by the change.
it seems there is something wrong with everyone. what happened. this better not last too long. its annoying. typing like this takes too long.
