I rather dislike pointing out the obvious, but if you're going to be an idiot and lose House points (by passing notes you know are not allowed in class, for God's sake), at least make sure there are points to lose. Being in a House with negative five points is very embarrassing.

According to a friend of his who can't keep her mouth shut. So long as it's Gryffindor he's bothering, it's difficult to be angry about it.
