I finally closed the deal on a condo, man. It took so long to find the right one, but it was worth it. Alex is going to be living in it with me, but we're both going to have to be on our best behavior while in the condo, or else we lose it. I'm nervous, 'cause I have a tendency to screw things up, especially important stuff like this

Middle of August, I think. That's when the moving-in get-together is probably going to be. I'll drive to Grand Rapids and get you, if I have to.
