I honestly don't see what the big deal about phrases, faces, sayings, ways of typing is. Someone would have come up with it before you, I mean, nothing's original anymore.
Someone could have come up with it way back during that Saved By The Bell episode where Slater's lizard died and Kelly was put on an ice cube in Zack's daydream for justice. Kelly got her justice by being just iced.

I do know you had it and some people knew it was yours, but not everyone did and you can't expect everyone to.
I'm not denying you came up with it by yourself, but that's not to say someone else couldn't have done the same thing.

Plus, it's not like they're making money off it, and it's neopets, so really what's the big deal e.e;
