i agree. i thought the problem was they were still technically married, and the only way he could remarry is if she signed something, which she can't in her current state, or if she died, and that's why he wants her to die. plus the fact that he claims she said she wouldn't want to live like she is. the whole thing is really sad. i wish there could be another way where he could be happy and she could be kept alive. :/
