[ Rasler sits outside of community housing four under the roof as to not get wet. He's listening to the rainfall, and enjoying it. Yes. It's hard to explain, but it's a natural occurrence that can be used for magic, and as an energy source.

Well, it took sometime for us to master it as an energy source. But after that we found ways to use it in weapons and what not.

Some say that rest helps, but they say that about every ailment don't they?

Yes. I remember someone mentioning that when I arrived.
