Turkmenbashi was buried at the centre of a quincunx, the corners of which were marked by the bodies of 4 of his relatives, which as far as I know is without precedent in Turkish cultures. The only other weird burial I know around there is that of Shams al-Ma'āli Qabus, who was allegedly suspended in a glass coffin in the world's tallest and pointiest brick tower.

it is. Photo found online, alas: I wish I had the object in question, but I've never been to Harujuku, which is the only place I know of where they were once on sale.

I'm sad that I didn't get a Field's shopping trip this year. I would much rather have had time in CA that my crazy time in Australia.

Are you collecting the Xoanon books through Fields? They are amazing!

We saw Ron Hutton last week at the Barbican, talking about fairies. Our pub supper beforehand at the Wood Street was good but nothing onn your breakfast of champions.
