I apologize if this is a personal question, but have you been a cutter to? The way you describe it... Just... wow... It is as disturbing as it is well written and wonderful... Mixed feelings, yes. I can see how Tom would have problems with it. I wonder if he'll try and talk to Bill about it? And I hope that Bill will find something else to let that itch out with... :-P

Oddly enough, no I have never been cutter in my life. I do have some very close friends that have done it fairly often and I just draw from there descriptions.

Next chapter they will talk.....as far as the itch, nothing has been decided yet ^_^

Wow... I gootta hand it to Tom that he's taking this so well. He doesn't understand it but ... He isn't being immediately judgmental either the way many people would. Nor is he scrambling to try to get bill committed for suicidal ideation. I think f he can stick it out and be supportive of bill, the itch will take longer and longer to return.

I've got a few tentative plans for how the situation with Bill's cutting and Tom will work out, but nothing is definite yet.

Tom wants to understand Bill so he is willing to do what it takes to understand him.
