Despite my bio clearly stating I don't take kindly to random friendings (since my russian bots and other random strange people), I have been randomly friended again.

Anyone on my flist know if they're legit?

They appear to have friended a few of my f'list - including my daughter. The bio looks geeky enough, but I can't think of anybody who matches it or anybody that would add K to their f'list and not me - considering the other names from my f'list on there. If you see what I mean.

Oh, I see *exactly* what you mean. The only one on their list that is also on mine is willow_the_dog...

I've given them a warning by PM (the same as I do for all random friendings. I should keep a form message saved somewhere), and if there is no reply or they do not remove themselves, I will send a stronger one. If that fails to make them budge one way or another (because being friends with me is just too much like hard work!), I will wield the ban hammer, and report them to LJ (it has worked in the past).

I'm really choosy about who I friend and who friends me (hence I have a really small - and exclusive - Flist). I don't take kindly to this kind of action :)

BTW, Kayla suits you. I've always thought that :) Kudos on having the courage to change it :D

I have a weird friending too! Someone called ahlias, whose journal suggests that they're the kind of person who makes Soylent Green seem like a good idea all of a sudden. *sigh*

Maybe there's just a rash of busy trolls at the moment?

Generally the trolls go away once you call them out - a real friend will actually talk to you :)

Mine I don't know about. It's still there, hasn't answered my PM or my public post. We'll see...
