We drove around Archerfield today. It seemed okay-ish. What I don't understand, after driving around Brisbane, looking at different suburbs, is why so many people stockpile shit in their yards.

What the fuck is it with the need to stockpile rusting car bodies, fridges, and random junk?

I mean we have our grotty secrets inside the house, but ( Read more... )

What do they do to it? Um, Stuart, Patrick, and Patrick's cousin (Stuart's nephew) all leave this really gross scent over their pillows in summer. Stuart had a load of tests performed on him when he was a kid, because his parents and doctor thought there might be something that was causing his sweat to smell funny, but it turned out to just be 'naturally revolting':/ Unfortunately it also appearas to be genetic.

So in short, some males in Stuart's family are cursed with this odd-scented sweat, which is impossible to get out of pillows. Hence, Stinky Pillow:)

Yeah, what DO they do to the pillow that makes it so stinky?

And I hate it when people have things (toys, car parts) all over the front yard, it makes me feel like I'm back in The Pas again (a reserve)(where natives live) *shudder* no offence to native people, just, The Pas was horrible.

*sigh* I just hope my brother doesn't look up porn on the internet. I know guys masturbate alot( Shayne the exception, he only does it roughly once a day (he said he got too sick of it)), but...MY POOR BASEMENT!!! MY POOR COUCH!!!! MY POOOR TV!!!!!

I really hope we get our other tv back form my mum's freidns soon, than I can have the tv, vcr and nintendo in my room cause I have cable ^_^

And yeah, me and Shayne really do have a weird relationship, but it works, and keeps us close ^_~

lol, the more you dwell on the thought of your brother jerking off, the worse it will be.

Is cable pay tv? It must be better in America than it is here. In Australia, it's pretty shitty, and since we got pay tv, I don't think any of the company's have even broken even.

Too true. I'll just push it to the back of my mind.

Um, I don't know that much about cable. I know that, there's normal cable, which only has 60-70 ish channles, and that's all. Then you can get satellite. There also digital cable, which is what I have. there are two types that I know of with that: Shaw, and MTS. Um, the both come with Internet and phone service, I think, or maybe only MTS does.

We have MTS. And sinbce that's our form of cable, I get that in my room ^_^ which is awesome, becvause all my favorite channels are there. Well, most anyways.

Oh, there's also Bell express view, but I don't know about that.

Remember, I'm Canadian too, I don't know ANYTHING about American cable. But, I think Shaw is available all through Canada, I don't know about the states. And, I don't know if MTS is a Canadian thing or just Manitoba thing.

I have no clue if that explained anything.

That kind of explained some stuff. I think pay tv is more popular in Canada than Australia.

I admit that I have a blanket that smells like sweat and farts (whose farts, I don't know, because I don't fart on my beloved blanket) and I refuse to get rid of it. It's my security blanket (pun?!). It needs to be drycleaned or something ..

I don't think drycleaning really works that well to get smells and stains out:) lol, it's probably the gross smell itself that makes stinky pillows/blankets so endearing.

I have a blankie I had since a kid I refuse to get rid of. I'm odd like that. Yes it smells, but I do clean it once every 3 months or so (and that's if it doesn't have anything happen to it to require washing sooner) but it absorbs bad smells reeeaaalllly easy (maybe it's age?).

All our 'hidden' stuff is in the garage... but it's stuff we just don't have room to bring inside. LIke my mother gave alex some cupboards that were mine as a kid to help store his clothes etc. Since our current place has a walk in he doesn't have room for them.

I think everyone has a stinky object, except for me. Or maybe I have a stinky object, and I just can't smell the stinkiness. Our garage has furniture/dead car/Patrick's baby clothes in it. <3 Garages!
