Terrible, since Tuesday there has been a problem with our internet connection. Today I was totally pissed off cuz we were told that the problem would be solved by today which wasn't the case. So I called them 2 times and the last time I was so pissed that I really wasn't very friendly but hey... suddenly they could solve the problem within an hour
