I do the same thing! Awhile back I bought one of those little marble notebooks and that has helped a bit. What I tend to use the most now is my cell phone. There is a way to make short voice memos at the press of a button. I'm not sure if you have a cell phone or not but it is an idea.

hmmm... is your cell phone water proof? or do you get out of the shower to do it? or do you just stop the water and reach out of the shower? see-if i have to stop the water running it doesn't seem to work, because somehow it is the act of standing in the running water itself that is the insperation. i do have a cell, i'll have to check and see if it is a possibility!

I've just hopped out of the shower with the water running and used the memo recorder and hopped back in. That way can be messy though....lol
