I'd wondered where you'd disappeared to. Last I heard you were writing your thesis and beginning to work with Stephen on photographing weddings -- it sounds like that project is bearing fruit already, wonderful!

You are wise to withdraw and take the time you need. It seems like most people don't, or fear that they can't.. it's hard to see the big picture sometimes. But the things that must lapse will come back to life for you.. your friends are still here. Happy Spring!

Consider Corvallis - the college gives it just enough culture (Thai restaurants, cafes, liberal politics, etc.) but it's small and quiet. My mother lives there.
