wow, i'm really affected by ur entry gal. somehow, before i got married i promised myself to always be true and close and loyal to my parents even though i am, as they say, now under the responsibility of my husband, and have to answer to him. but i always had doubts coz i didn't trust myself to be so good

oh btw, ur mum sounds a lot like mine when she gets into one of her scary and sudden moods.
but now, the way i see it, they're getting old, they've seen more than we have...they have, after all, in more ways than one, cared for us and influenced us to be the people we are today. so what's the point of constantly fighting for the other to acknowledge that we're right and vice versa, right?
n somehow, my mum n me became much, much closer AFTER i got hitched. maybe the same thing will happen to u too...:)

this may sound mean (and i really hope it will not happen), but i suppose only when something bad happens to a person, then he or she will realize how wrong him or her has been

haha...pls don't be jealous. it's not like a talent or gift or anything like that. i guess it's much simpler to be a wonderful person to ur family n loved ones when keep ur heart in the right place, knowing ur roots and where u come from.
it has happened way too many times. usually with my mum... but now she has shifted all her unsatisfactory feelings and anguish onto me...
oh well, what has happen has happen...
thanks shikah for the other perspective, perhaps it was the heat of the moment :)
no matter how horrible your siblings may get, never ever do such a thing to them ok... you will always need one another... coz cliche-ly said, "we are family".... but yea ure a nice sister (who bribes your youngest sis to cook for you) :p
