My dad got me a ticket to Dallas so I'm booked and going.

I fly in on Tuesday morning and land at Dallas/Ft. Worth at 11:30-ish and fly out on Thursday around 5:30-ish. AND he got me flying out of Reagan National which is sweet because it's super close to my house so I can cab it or Metro it.

I'm officially excited!

where in Dallas are you staying? Let me know, and I can try & see about some nice things for you to do around the area. I think my parents are coming home this upcoming weekend. I haven't spoken to them in a while (I want to talk to my dad more than my mom right now..), so I can always make some suggestions to you.

This is the one disadvantage you have to being the only one of my flist who is not from the Judith McNaught Bulletin Board. About 50 (so far) of us are going to Dallas for the Romance Writers of America conference. I'm staying at a hotel. I can't remember the name. I'm only going for 3 days and 2 nights. Between author meet and greets and hanging with my friends and the big signing, I don't think I'll get to sightsee too much. Some members of our group are from the area, too. I'll keep you in mind. I'll have to keep your parents in mind if I need bail money. hehehe

I am still working on my flight plans, and I need to find a hotel as well. I don't want to stay on the one where I stayed for work. Even though they had fabulous strawberry margaritas, lol.

YAY! I have money for the conference already. My account had enough. I just, um, have to tell the boy, lol! He has no idea.

I'll be flying in on Wednesday and flying out Saturday sometime. So I'll miss you on Tuesday but at least I get to spend some time with you. It won't be the same as our yearly visits, but you'll have plenty of DNs to keep you occupied. And liquified.
