In my opinion, western medicine is far too focused on relieving the sypmtoms as opposed to dealing with the actual problem. And I feel like a lot of the medications that they prescribe have not been around long enough for them to truly know what the long term effects are.

For reference, I've been taking the Solaray nettle. Gaia has some nettle, but they're like liquid gel caps, and I wasn't sure how my body would like that. I've taken Solaray products often before, and they've always been good to me. A bottle of 100 should be about $5-10. If you can't find it on the shelf, there's a good chance there will be an 'allergy' table in the main vitamin type area, and that's where the bottles will be (I had that problem last time I went in... why they pulled ALL the nettle from the shelves and put it on the table, instead of just the backstock, I'll never know).
