I've started running.  The puppy needs an outlet and I need exercise.  This shit sucks.

google couch to 5k. then google couch to 5k mp3. Very handy. :)

Also helps train the concept of "heel". Justice got MUCH better at walking on a loose leash after we started running...

I actually have a small field in my area that is completely fenced, my trainer & i are working on training genghis to run by my side using my left hand as a signal as to where he should stay at all times, I am doing this leashless.....
