Okay, y'all, so I think of myself as forgiving and as someone who gives people the benefit of the doubt. To the point where my mother used to get angry at me for "taking back" friends in middle school/high school who had hurt me, because I always thought it wouldn't happen again

I don't get what is so hard about GOING TO THE POST OFFICE. Is she really THAT flakey?!?

Well she doesn't drive, couldn't walk there with a big box, and for a while her husband was in the hospital and/or suffering from a head injury that ruled out driving for him as well. Which you know, I understood. But I offered many times to have a friend come pick up the box, arrange for UPS to come pick it up, on my dime, send her money for a taxi to the post office, etc... all suggestions which were ignored.

And now, judging from her posts, she does have transport again, so...I have no idea, except that she was just offering me the belief that she'd send it & taking my money out of cruelty. Because beyond that, I'm stumped :(

Yeah, I was going to suggest FedEx or UPS picking it up at her house. Maybe she just doesn't want you to have her address.

Paypal dispute = good idea. They'll freeze the bank account usually. That ought to get some attention.

I hate when people are like this :( I'm really sorry the quilt is gone, it isn't right at all.

I am so sorry to hear this. I would have done the same thing you did. I try to never give-up on people, or hope.

I really hope that she send you your quilt one day. As a Mom herself, she should think of how he daughter would feel in the same situation.

but seriously. this is too much. she is a disgusting person. this was just a cruel thing to do.
