A few positive adjectives to describe yourself: Creative, Intelligent, Honest, Aloof, Quiet, Quirky, Respectful, Independent, Open-minded, Optimistic, Logical
A few negative adjectives to describe yourself: Forgetful, Blunt, Stubborn, Anti-social, Narrow-tasted, occasionally Arrogant and Selfish, with "the emotional range of a tea-spoon", if I may quote someone.
What are your interests/hobbies/past times: Anything artsy. I've explored all of it, but my strong suits are drawing, watercoloring, crochet, and writing. I also really like stamping (obviously!) and old-school text adventures. My favorite class is Gifted Education.
What's your dream home like: I wrote about it once... in a poem. Or, in reality, a college application I have yet to send... (I should do that!)
Across the street is a worn-down home -
Intrigued you approach it in a cautious roam.
Three times your hand, with a bang, gives a knock,
“It’s abandoned,” you think, as you find there’s no lock.
“I’ll just peek inside,” so you think, and you do,
Take a few small steps in, intent ‘just for a few’.
And it does look deserted, with the floor an aged wood,
You think, “I’ll look around more,” not quite sure if you should.
Up the stairs looks unstable, so you venture below,
Behind is a dark hallway to which you choose to go.
Through a doorway you stumble, to a place meant for dining,
With a ceiling quite high, a glass chandelier shining.
The air is thick with the scent of dust,
An uncomforting feeling ringing through the must.
Plaid and punky striped with gloom,
And torn distress around the room -
The ripped wallpaper looks like a collage,
The walls amassed with a teacup montage,
The chair backs, for some reason, are nailed onto the wall,
And you spot a cold cavern waiting back by the hall.
“It’s enough,” you decide, so then you’ll venture back,
So you set down the hallway to recall your track.
You’re quickly getting lost inside,
Unsure as you are as to what you eyed -
A creature lurking in the door?
A chilling figure that you can’t ignore!
You turn and run in fright swift as a cat,
Not realizing in your hand is a paper in mat.
The paper holds little but a fathom,
Of the quiet place you took it from:
Cheap buttons and a hot glue gun;
An empty sky and a lack of one.
The stories abound in the mind where I dwell,
It most surely inspires me, and, I hope, you as well.
Favorite Bands: Hyde
Favorite Movies: Aliens, Serenity, Lady in the Water, Pan's Labyrinth, Evil Dead II/Army of Darkness
What song or quote can you best identify with?:
I have no plans but that's alright - can you trust me when I'm mad?
Have no time to set things right - can you love me when I'm sad?
-Hyde, Midnight Celebration
How would you try to stop your enemy? I might not try and stop them. I'm the person who doesn't do anything - not because I'm lazy - but I like to see where things end up without interference. I would probably let them get pretty far, and then just make one clever move so they fall flat on their face. Or not. I might get kidnapped or killed. That's pretty likely, too. I guess I'm an unfortunately neutral being. I'm kind of my own enemy that way.
Anything else you would like to share? I'm the quiet art-geek tomboy. Also, I kind of miss that there were no introvert/extrovert, dark-or-light questions. I'm an introvert, and a night owl, in case you're wondering.
In which categories would you like to be stamped? Prince, Villian, Princess and Animal, if you would.
Post 3 or more pictures of yourself.
