Age (please older than 13): 23
Location: Not yet where I'm meant to be.
A few positive adjectives to describe yourself: Charismatic, witty, fun-loving, adventurous, high-spirited, generous, proud, honest, feisty, passionate, articulate.
A few negative adjectives to describe yourself: Vain, snarky, sarcastic, cynical, lazy, arrogant, obsesssive, callous, forgetful, vengeful.
What are your interests/hobbies/past times: One-of-a-kind objects and thrift/retro stores, skydiving, things of wit or exceptional cleverness, blowing stuff up, making weaponry/armor at work, unique cuisine, aesthetically pleasing things, museums of natural history, jewelery (silver, not gold, please), a good story (whether in a book, movie, or word of mouth), roleplaying, toying with people's heads, culturally unique music (techno irish, traditional Indian, German trance, Japanese rap, etc), exotic weapons, action/adventure/fantasy movies, orchids, flirting, the romantic image of piracy.
What's your dream home like: A five-star hotel, with room service. I don't know if I'll ever feel like settling down in just one spot, so until I know enough of the world to know where I'd feel like calling home, I want to travel. I want to see everywhere, just always be on the move and never look back. No worries, no responsibilities to tie me down.
Favorite Bands: Disturbed, Insane Clown Posse, Nickelback, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Blue Oyster Cult, Blackmore's Night, Blue Man Group, Fleetwood Mac, Evanescence, Sublime, Black Sabbath...to name a few. I'm very into music, and not just 'bands'.
Favorite Movies (non animated): Little I love better than a rolling adventure. Swords? Magic? Fantastic creatures and the eternal struggle of man's inner nature played out on grand scales? Bring it. So on my list of current favorites would be Pirates of the Caribbean, The Princess Bride, Harry Potter, Labyrinth, and Lord of the Rings. More reality-grounded movies are fine, too. (*cough*V for Vendetta*cough*) And I love movies that make you sit back, scratch your head, and make you go 'wtf?', until you've seen it a few times (or watch it under the influence of your favorite substance) and can finally wrap your head around it. Tank Girl, Pink Floyd's The Wall, Natural Born Killers, and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas are also huge favorites of mine. I'm also a HUGE fan of indie films, most recently Juno.
What song or quote can you best identify with?: My dad used to tell me, wise and benevolent soul that he was, "In life, everybody's a whore. The trick is, don't be a cheap whore." Everything has something they'll sell themselves for, everyone has that shiny little price tag hanging off of the end of their good intentions. Just don't ever sell out for something you're not absolutely sure is worth it. Make them PAY to be graced with your favor. Keep your priorities in order, always. Good advice to bear in mind when dealing with life's less savory characters.
Anything else you would like to share? I've recently discovered what all the fuss about love is. Turns out it IS worth all that they say it is. Now don't I feel silly.
How would you try to stop your enemy? Well, the logical answer is that if you really WANT to stop them, you do whatever is necessary to do so. Otherwise, you're just not that interested in winning, are you?
In which categories would you like to be stamped? (at least 2) Princess, Villain, and Couple
COUPLES
If you want to be stamped as a couple, please briefly describe your boyfriend/girlfriend, what your favorite thing to do together, etc.
He's an old-school romantic, prone to poetic admissions of love as much as he is odd yet appropriate gestures. This is a man who would happily battle a dragon to prove his love, and is disappointed that there ARE no dragons left to slay for his lady's honor, let me tell you. He is possessed of honor and chivalry the likes of which I had thought were long dead, and which puts him at odds with the rest of the world, most of the time. He knows it, too; he's surprisingly critical of the world around him.
He is a country-born sort, somewhat naive, but honest and good-natured, though his emotions have been known to get the better of him. Instinct is generally what he runs off of, and he himself will readily admit that he is no intellectual, and leaves most of the plotting and decision making to me. He has a measure of cunning to him, however, and his favorite pastime is playing war games, his skill in plotting battles his bragging point. Style and substance mean nothing to him; he enjoys the good, simple things in life, and would be content living in the wilderness and off of the land, away from the rest of humanity if he could find a way to manage it. Presents are easy for him, however; get him a nice, shiny weapon and his eyes light up like a Christmas tree.
He's also a tremendous flirt. He just seems to enjoy making women of all ages smile, and whether through pure sweetness to the littlest and eldest of the lot, or a well-placed wink or hand kiss with those around his age, he seems to manage it. Though charming, he's a dork at heart, and it's that honest, earnest dork that I fell in love with, the one as happy to lose himself to fantasy and dreaming as I am. The one with whom any subject could be brought up without sounding silly or farfetched.
He is a lover and a fighter, protective and loyal, deeply spiritual and in touch with nature, and he loves the idea of getting married and having children (far more than I do!). Particularly if his wife and kids end up the same slightly odd, rowdy sort that he is. And it looks like he's getting his wish.
Post 3 or more pictures of yourself. (pictures from your animals or boy/girlfriend are allowed, we can stamp those to if you want)
Around Halloween, we were both in a Vampire Theatre of sorts...he was a vampire, I was the snack. Gave him an excuse to nom on me, so I didn't mind. :D
