We are one step closer to confirmation of our new positions as official Wine Taster 1 and Wine Taster 2, er, I mean as Managers/Chefs/Hoteliers/Marketing Gurus.... we should have the i's dotted and t's crossed by the end of the week and I can gleefully hand in my notice before running off to Cairns for a glorious 8 days

Thankyou very much! It's hard to contemplate leaving a home you love so much... but yah yah, 'home is where the heart is', and all that! (Lucky I hadn't finished unpacking yet or the heels would be dragging...) :)
