My birthday will be in a little over a week. I'll finally be of age and able to use magic outside of school. Not that it would matter much. School will be back in session not long after.

No matter how often I am asked to visit or go on an outing, I think I ultimately prefer to stay indoors. Large parties just aren't what I'm interested in. I don't mean to defend anyone when I decline, and I know it makes me look... strange when I'm all alone. But I don't mind at all.

Visiting with Alice was.. different.

I'm not sure how I feel about being invited by Alice. It was nice of her, but I don't think she would ever let me say no. I suppose I don't have much of a choice.

I have to remember to take my art supplies.

I wonder if I should have gone to that camp. It's incredibly boring here, and I won't be old enough to use magic outside of school until August. But by then it won't be worth it.

My mother is going away for the month. She says it's to visit her family, though I suspect it's just another social event. It's not matter. I'm content on my own. There are a few art projects I have yet to finish.

My summer, so far, has gone fairly well. I won't be attending camp, so I have nothing to rush for. I'm lucky enough to have slipped passed this... happenstance. How unfortunate for the rest of you.

Plans this summer are very few. I believe I promised I would spend time with Yosuke, and Hel is a given. I don't need to worry there.

I see we're playing host now.

I made the mistake of removing my bandages myself. The Mediwizard told me they should only be removed in the presence of a licensed professional, in case something were to go wrong. It's surprising how Dark Magic could cause something like this to happen. I will need to take another potion tonight.

Medea is such a calm cat. I'm glad that she is. She enjoys sleeping beside me while I study or draw. I should buy her a collar. I wonder what color would look best on her. Perhaps white..

It's nice having something to fill that void in my life.

Things are slowly coming to a close, aren't they? There is only two months left of school. I don't see anyone rushing to study for final exams. I wonder if all the left over trauma from the attack is the cause of this.

I shouldn't be complaining things moving so slowly. I actually like it.
