When people ask what I want to do with my English degree, I say I want to write or edit, and then they ask if I write, and I tell them I do. The truth is, I don't. I write in my head all the time but the act of sitting and typing it all -- or worse, labouriously scratching it onto paper with a cramping hand -- is something I do far too little of,

I think it's strange that we're ending up on the same sort of path.
We should exchange writing sometime. Comfort each other. Tell each other that
