Allow me to express my rage at the powers that be in the mall fashion industry. Last year at this time, I was frantically looking for a white dress. I looked through all the malls in Ottawa, including Carlingwood (I had a lot of time on my hands then) but there was nary a white dress to be had for love nor money.  Desperate times calling for
