its weird until you really *don't* care, at which point - well, you don't care.

you're being so good not talking to him. its better, i swear. speaking as someone who usually makes way too many mistakes and pays for them, not who does it right.

you've got some much awesome stuff going on this semester - we're graduating! you've got to take your time goodbye-ing all these peoople you've spent four years with, and so on ... and *i* haven't heard you talk about it forever. so you can always call again.

I agree with the above post. When you get to the point where you don't think about talking to him, but you wouldn't mind if you did, then you'll be able to talk to him without feeling awkward.

From my limit experience, I can say that you can remain friends if there's no lingering sexual interest/tension. Remember Dean? Yeah. Asshole. Word of advice, don't have a one night stand with an ex.
